The hotel is conveniently located with easy access to shopping areas. Breakfast was good, especially the assortment of cheeses. A warm welcome from the staff.

Gorgeous budget hotel with particularly nice views to the park. Sincere and excellent co-operating personnel at the reception desk. Nice location at a short distance from Oktoberfest.

Quaint fairly clean property, it has pleasant staff at the reception desk. The rooms here are elegant and functional with the view of the park. Every time in Munich we stay in this hotel...

A good breakfast, great location, across the Meadow Teresa, if you plan to visit Oktoberfest and come to the hotel to sleep and refresh yourself, this is for you. Munich is a beautiful city, worth seeing, and many sights to see.
The room does not correspond to the photo in the booking, probably it is necessary to clarify this moment on arrival. We had the impression that we got a mop den on the 1st floor - when the mansion, which now houses the hotel, was a private house, in this wing clearly lived a servant and stored inventory! The room is very small, corner, had two windows, curtains from the tarpaulin - meet the first time - have a specific smell - at the entrance to the room immediately smell it, the windows overlook the balconies from the rooms next door, which were free!!

Hotel with good price/quality ratio. For three days stay - excellent option. A small old building with thick walls and high ceilings. The hotel has old furniture and all the furnishings, the idea is already in need of repair. But the current version also has some a la vintage and romance, especially for lovers :). Most rooms are located no higher than the 2nd floor... Convenient location right in front of Teresa Meadow, near the bus stop, near U-Bahn and S-Bahn. Good breakfasts: vegetables, fruits (even watermelons), boiled eggs, sausages, pancakes with cottage cheese, pickles, slightly salted salmon, several types of cheese, sausages and slices, yogurt, muesli, 4 kinds of juices, a variety of pastries, bread... From hot drinks only black coffee in thermoses on each table, tea is neither black nor green :)
significant disadvantage is the lack of a refrigerator, safe and air conditioning in the rooms. I suggest you pay attention to that. We were in summer, in August, temperature in the city was +15+19 C. It was not hot and generally comfortable, apparently due to the high ceilings. it's hard to suppose whether it would be comfortable at +27+30 C...

The absence of a mini fridge and safe in the room was a slight inconvenience. The hotel has a charming, vintage ambiance, but the lack of a night porter after 11 PM was a bit of a downside.

It's a nice hotel. Convenient location. It's 20 minutes by foot to the center. Great, delicious breakfasts, take it for sure! Hotel in vintage style. Cleaning and change of towels daily. The hotel gave a room for three on the ground floor. The windows are at ground level. The next day, they asked me to change. They gave another room on the ground floor. The hotel doesn't have a parking lot. You can park near the hotel from 6 euros. There is free parking in 3-5 minutes walk from the hotel, to the right of the hotel behind the intersection. Stayed at this hotel on the advice of friends and did not regret it. We recommend it!
There was an uncomfortable cushion in the extra seat. The shower faucet in your room needs to be replaced.

The site is ideally located to the site of Oktoberfest, to the city center about 2 km (walk about 25 minutes). Great breakfasts with fruit and fish, great internet. The staff were responsive and on request we were given a kettle and tea cups. The hotel has maps of Munich in Russian, which makes life easier for Russian speaking tourists. Nearby there is public parking for 6 euros per day.
The room was in the basement, there were no curtains and so opening the curtains in the morning you feel like "fish in the aquarium. I think that hotels that do not have their own parking lot should not indicate its presence at all!!!

Charming atmosphere with vintage decor and friendly staff.
Unfortunately, the water supply in our room was problematic. We experienced complete water stoppage twice, quite frustrating, especially when we were unsure how to resolve it. The absence of a safe in the room was concerning for keeping our valuables secure.

Cozy family hotel, a little old-fashioned, no frills, but with wi-fi Excellent location. The windows of the rooms overlook a quiet courtyard. The staff were not Germans, but very friendly. Nearby amusement park on Theresienwiese, biweekly on Saturday flea market. We got lucky. The area is very quiet and beautiful. Like the whole of Munich. Next to the huge Edeka shop, three minutes' walk. Subway - five minutes walk, the most convenient lines u-Bahn U5 and U4 in terms of exit to the city. You can walk to Karlsplatz in fifteen minutes through the amazing area of old mansions. Next to the point with beer. The usual cafes in Munich are few, but there's plenty to go around. All week long.
Plenty of hangers in the closet and tighter work with noisy customers coming in the evening.

The breakfast was refreshingly diverse, with fruits, yogurt, and an abundance of breads. The helpful staff ensured a smooth check-in, and my room was clean, cozy, and very quiet.
No night porter after 11pm.

Pleasant, clean, comfortable, quiet; free WiFi, great breakfasts, helpful staff, nice neighborhood, relatively affordable -- all in all, a great stay!
Nothing really negative... The door design / arrangement in the room was a little strange -- too many doors (but no door the bathroom?), they kind of got in the way of each other and of the dresser in the corner. But that was a small, minor inconvenience.

It is generally ok. The personnel is polite and quite helpful. The breakfast is good, although I'm not used to the European breakfast style (too simple). The location is not bad, 15 or 20 minutes walk to the city centre, 10 minute walk to the station.
The building in general could use some maintenance. The beds are not that comfortable. The internet was a bit slow in my room, but it's free and it works.
